I´ve been working for IRSA, a leading company in the real estate business, with shopping centers across Argentina.
IRSA has a diverse investment portfolio that includes office buildings, urban developments, hotels, and shopping malls.
This project was aimed to rethink IRSA´s digital communicative approach as a brand itself. This was a big challenge considering its big reputation and influence in Argentina.

One big established company, a story worth telling today.
Problem
IRSA, a company more than 50 years old. One of the biggest Real Estate companies in South America and listed not only on the Argentine Stock Exchange (BYMA) but the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Like every big corporation, there are lots of people working and different areas like Investing, Compliance, Human Resources, Sustainability and every one of them with diverse perspectives of the business.

Creating a new identity focusing on a digital-first environment.
Solution
The goal here was to create a strong and clear message with a significant visual transformation to align today's global communication codes. It consisted of a brandbook as a brand guideline and an institutional website to have presence in the digital environment. Both projects aim to establish IRSA´s name not only as a big company with diverse portfolio but one that is constantly adapting and looking to the future.

Solid foundations and flexible brand, looking for what´s next to come.
Outcome
This incorporation to IRSA´s enviroment functioned as a starting point. A system that will be in constant development. A brand that now has a ground, this makes it easier to be more flexible for the future, IRSA will be in there for years to come and the brand bases will be there to adapt as the time passes by.
